Know what's on every shelf.
A working warehouse system, running on a sample spice distributor or on your own stock file. Receive a delivery, put it away, pick an order first-expiry-first, count a shelf, and watch every number follow. Nothing here is a screenshot.
Stock is never typed in. It's the opening stock with every movement applied, so each figure traces to the lines in the log. Stock can't leave a bin it isn't in, expired stock can't be picked, and a count that doesn't match waits for a manager.
Your stock file
Item code, bin and qty. Optional: name, unit, barcode, batch, expiry, received, reorder_point, reorder_qty, unit_cost. One row per item per bin (per batch, if you track them).
Everything runs in your browser. Your stock file is never uploaded and nothing is saved — reload the page and the warehouse starts again. The sample business and its customers are made up.

Handhelds on the floor
Staff work from phones or rugged scanners: scan the bin, scan the item, done. It keeps working when the Wi-Fi drops at the back of the building and catches up when it's back.
Your books and your sales channels
Purchase orders and invoices sync with Tally, Zoho or your ERP; orders arrive from your website or marketplaces. Stock is right in every system, not just this one.
Logins, roles and a trail
Each person signs in. Pickers pick, supervisors count, managers approve and see costs, and every movement is signed by whoever made it.

Bin capacities, several warehouses, minimum shelf life per customer, labels printed at receiving, and turnover and reorder points worked out from your own sales.
